Our core business is brass processing, we have always worked with deep-drawing and turning of both brass and stainless steel parts; we also have internal polishing dept. and galvanic dept. as well.
With the goal of expanding our client portfolio, we are looking for sales Agents to cover the entire European territory (Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Swizerland, The Netherlands, Denmark, Poland, Romania, Belgium, Norway, Sweden, Finland) . We are looking for resources, with previous experience in sales, to be included as sales agents for the maintenance, reactivation and expansion of the customer base.
The role:
She/He will report to the Commercial Management and will be responsible for acquiring a customer portfolio and developing the business in order to increase turnover in the reference area.
The activity includes:
- Acquisition, development, management and consolidation of the customer base in the
area of competence agreed and assigned exclusivity
- Achievement of turnover and budget objectives
- Periodic visits to the assigned territory and clients to present and promote the
company products, services and processes
- Negotiation of contracts
- Reporting and analysis of sales performance
- Market and competition monitoring
- Independent planning of daily, weekly and monthly activities

Il ruolo:
Risponderà alla Direzione Commerciale e si occuperà di acquisire un portafoglio clienti e di sviluppare il Business al fine di aumentare il Fatturato sull’area di riferimento.
L’attività comprende:
- Acquisizione, sviluppo, gestione e consolidamento del parco clienti nella
zona di competenza concordata e assegnata in esclusività
- Raggiungimento obbiettivi fatturato e budget
- Visite periodiche sul territorio assegnato per presentare e promuovere i
prodotti, servizi e lavorazioni aziendali
- Negoziazione dei contratti
- Reporting e analisi delle performance di vendita
- Monitoraggio del mercato e della concorrenza
- Pianificazione in autonomia dell'attività giornaliera, settimanale e mensile
